Novus Illani Vs. Shiva

Shiva The goddess of ice and winter, sits atop her icy throne as she bids the newcomer welcome. "Come my child, claim thine power. and unleash your Destiny." She said as the snow began to fall softly on the battlefield.

Novus slowly walks in the room, looking at Shiva, sitting on her throne, snow lightly falling on the area he would be soon fighting the powerful Summon of Ice. Novus takes a breath, and unsheaths Fenrir. "I am here to claim you, summon of Ice, Shiva." Novus states, as that familiar click resonates from his sword, and the Fenrir ejects the second counterpart sword, Novus grabs it as it falls down and positions himself, saying "WINDS OF ZEPHYR" casting the hastening magick on himself. Then he stands ready to do battle.

"Very well then," said shiva as she stood up. Her hair whipped Wildly as the frigid wild began to howl. "Diamond Dust," She said softly as she pointed her hand at the vierra.

Novus notices the the movements of the Frozen queen, and looks around as the area around him starts to freeze "ugh.." novus grunts as it gets really cold. Novus, knowing this is going to be a different fight than what he thought, quickly merges the Fenrir back to one, the waves his and flings three mid-power Fireballs at Shiva, then looks around surveying the area

Shiva Waved her hand as the fireballs headed straight for her. The flaming balls stopped in mid air and fell frozen on the ground. "Ice Sword" She commanded as she held her open hand to her side. A long sword formed in her hand made of pure ice. She moved quickly slicing through the air with elegance and skill, Seeking her target.

Novus jumps back dodging the slash of the frozen sword, then jumps up onto a pils of rocks, looking down at Shiva, he waves his hands again, flinging three more fireballs at her, then jumping off the rocks and slashing down at Shiva yelling "HYAH!"

"Bizzarja" She commanded as she parleyed the blades attack. The fireballs barely missed her. and she felt the heat from them. Her Eyes started glowing as she began unleashing her fury. She could see ice beginning to form on the Vierras Whiskers. "Behold the power of Ice," she said as she faded into the dense snow.

Novus lands on his feet, looking around "ugh... t..to cold.." Novus states, dropping the fenrir, looking down, as the snow around him begins to swirl around him, his eyes turning a light red color, dark lines of energy slowly rising off him, looking up, Novuses eyes turn a dark red, and he raises his hand in the air "HARRRGH!" He roars as he casts Tornado, the entire area turns into a violent thrash of wind, tearing apart even parts of the walls

Shiva was caught off guard by the sudden surge in power from the vierra. A gigantic tornado filled the arena. Shrapnel hit shiva as she guarded herself against the barrage of wind. Finally the tornado dissipated and the room was noticably warmer. She attempted to stand but fell weakened by the attack.

Novus looks at Shiva, and leans over, picking up the Fenrir, then he walks over and stands next to her, pointing the fenrir at her throat, looking at her "do you give?" he states quietly, adjusting himself, ready incase shes feigning

"You are indeed worthy of my Power, I am yours to command, use me in your fight to find yourself" Said shiva as she began to fade. A small Ice blue materia lay on the ground.
