RP Name: Resident Evil Outbreak
Classification: Blood and Gore, fiction, present time.

Location: Raccon City- mid western town surrounded by the Arklay Mountains, the Arklay Forest and the routes leading to other major cities. It's quite urban, though it has several rural areas. Currently, the city was set under quarantine due to a bio-hazard outbreak caused by an incident in a mansion located deeply into the Arklay Forest.


Current Status: Critical
Objectives: Survive while finding a safe escape route before Umbrella destroys the city with an atomic bomb.

-Swords and other weapons are admitted, though keep in mind we are trying to survive. We can't pawn the enemies so easily.

Raccoon Police Officer: As an officer of the police department, your duty is to ensure civilians survival. You have access to most areas inside the Raccoon Police Department. Your appearance should be similar to a police officer.

Umbrella Agent: soldiers placed under the command of the Umbrella Corporation. Their outfit should hide their identity unless the character wishes to be known personally. They normally have heavy machine guns and work in secrecy. Their mission is to retrieve samples of the virus and eliminate are threats to Umbrella.

Background History: Stephen was born into a rich family, his father was a successful businessman, his mother a world renouned Surgeon, Stephen spent his early years playing the most up-to-date games on the latest consoles. Stephen wanted to be a member of SWAT in America, and managed to join them at 16 years old, making him one of the youngest members of SWAT ever to have lived.

After a year of working with SWAT and becoming skilled in hand to hand combat and also gunmanship. the leader of the S.T.A.R.S program took note of Stephen's promise and hired him as a member of S.T.A.R.S where he has been working ever since.

Background History: Born to a noble and powerful family in America he quickly became involved with different powerful and influential people all around the planet. From the age of 5, his parents started training him for both, guns and close quarter combat. At first the boy didn't ask a thing but later he found out that his parents got rich with the help of guns and their physical powers. From the point of 12, he was trained by professionals all over the world. Soon he had mastered martial arts and the art of katana. He was also a true master aim with guns. At the age of 15 he joined FBI children project. At the age of 17 he joined true FBI. Soon he was a high ranked FBI officer but he disappeared. In truth he joined CIA. But around the age of 25, he first met T-Virus in a lonely village somewhere in Africa. It was tested by Umbrella there. He had to join Umbrella and so he did. From that point on he has worked for Umbrella in FBI, CIA, SWAT and under the government of U.S.A. He is one of the highest ranking members of Umbrella who still moves out for missions. He was sent to Raccoon city because of a unknown business.

Appearance: He is a medium height young black man. He has very short mixture of white and blond hair. They are also curly. He has dark black eyes with a tone of red in them. He is very skinny but average in height. Even if being skinny, his body is normal built. He likes to wear a uniform, preferably white, for most of the time. BTW! He looks very similar to zombie and that way is able to avoid contact with zombies more often then other humans. ( He might use a air fresher which helps him to hide from the zombies).
Job: Barkeeper/ Dealer( Guns and Drugs)/Gang leader
Equipment: Bottle of Whiskey, drugs and good old Desert Eagle + long dagger and some ammo
Background History: He was born to Raccoon City. His parents were both gang people and that why he was pulled to that life early. And he surpassed his parents by miles with the job. He was able to sell guns and drugs so that even his parents didn't know about it. But for some time he skipped the job. It was the time when he graduated high school and started working more on his bar which he had started while he was still studying. His parents were killed sometime around his graduation. And from that point on, he needed extra money. So he started using his old relationships and instantly had one of the biggest influences on the underworld of Raccoon City. He even sold guns to Umbrella and S.T.A.R.S and drugs to major. And not a single cop knew that he was behind the business.

well the first character is approved, BUT the second character isn't, a human CANNOT walk among the Zombies as they tell weather a person is dead or not by the sense of smell, not the appearence (SHAUN OF THE DEAD IS WRONG!!!) so if you remove that pert from your bio he will be acceptable.

Well have you ever played outbreak game ? You could choose a guy who looked like a zombie and that why was hard to be spotted by the zombies Of course he used some kind of air fresher but mine could as well ... but I will fix it. He is just meant to be good hider and escaper

Background History:Don't let the age of 16 fool you, as a little girl he father taught her how to properly hold and fire guns of many sorts. Many of witch was the Spring UTG Sniper witch he had lost from her father when zombies killed him. She is hoping she can one day retrieve that special memento her father was saving for her. Evalynn, Was Born and raised in Raccoon City. She knows her way around the city as a little girl she played with all her friends witch she has no contact with.
