I hate it when trains are less then 10 minutes late and the company acts as if that is ON TIME! Of course it's NOT ON TIME a connetcing mode of transport is not going to wait the extra minutes that the train has taken to get to the station!!!! grrrr!

Well i kinda wanted to post this reply in the appropriate thread but seeing as its locked i couldnt. I might be over analysing this but the thread. 'Design team creed' really annoyed me >_>
In particular these lines..

We are an Elite Group of Graphic Designers.

We Design Graphic Images. Its what sets us apart from the amateurs.

'Make gfx' (as if its that simple) and designing something? Exactly whats the difference and if its reffering to someone who makes sigs compared with someone who designs an object from scratch how does that make them better?? I could show you GFX work by an artists that would utterly amaze -_- hes no amateur thats for sure.
You can design something from scratch yeah but not have a clue about how to make it look good....... when making Tags there are loads of things to consider. Lighting depth, focal points, colour adjustment, blending to make the image appear as if its one, not something every artist can do when 'making gfx'
