Also you need to select another skill set, and a guild (if you ever want to level ha ha. Everything else looks good.

Still indecisive about my character's name. Can I just use Rinoa Heartilly? I'm afraid it might have an issue with copy right infringement.

It might cause a problem but if you come up with a different last name like Heartly instead of Heartilly and play the character as your own it shouldn't be a problem.
